Our goal is to make the rental process as easy and organized as possible. Before selecting a home that you would like to rent, the selection criteria below will help you determine if you qualify. We LOVE great tenants!

The building is a 4-unit, 2-bedroom. Our upstairs apartments are $775 a month, downstairs apartments are $800 a month which includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, garbage pickup, garage, and snowplowing. Utilities (NYSEG and water/sewer) are separate . Must have verifiable employment & good credit. Your gross income cannot be less than $38,400/year. We require a minimum of a one year lease. Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent. Security deposit and first month rent is due prior to move in, sorry, no exceptions. Renters Insurance with a minimum of $300,000 in liability is required with landlord as interested party. The building and property are smoke-free. No pets allowed.
